Now Bajaj will soon bring its second electric scooter Husqvarna Vektorr in the market with premium styling and features.
The Husqvarna Vektorr electric scooter is based on the electric platform of Bajaj Chetak. Hence, it is expected that it will have the same specifications as the Bajaj Chetak.
Husqvarna Company is a premium 2 wheeler company of Sweden country. The company’s first electric scooter, the Vektorr, will be manufactured by Bajaj at its factory under the Bajaj-Pierer plan. Since Bajaj will develop this electric scooter on the Chetak platform, the scooter could be powered by a 5.4 kWh brushless DC motor. In this scooter, the company can give a 3 kWh lithium-ion battery which will be similar to the Chetak electric scooter. The range of this electric scooter can be 95 km. This means that this scooter can go up to 95 km on a single charge and can have a top speed of 70 kmph.
The Husqvarna Vektorr electric scooter may get a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear. Apart from this, Bajaj may offer a single-sided front fork and a rear mono-shock.
With the launch of this new electric scooter, the Chetak and Husqvarna Vektorr will become two electric scooters in Bajaj’s portfolio. With this, the company can present its electric scooter according to the needs of different types of consumers.
